How do I register for a CE event?

You can register three easy ways:

1. Web (recommended): Click ‘Register

2. Mail: Complete registration form and send to address listed on brochure.

3. Phone: 609-924-2897

A $115 non-refundable deposit must accompany every camp registration form submitted.

What should I expect after I submit my registration form?

Regardless of how you choose to register, Champion’s Edge will email you confirmation of your registration including a letter outlining all camp details and future tuition payment options. Nearly all correspondence with parents and athletes occurs via email. We require each registration to include a parent’s valid email address. Your information will be kept private.

As camp approaches you can expect us to provide updates regarding tuition payments as well as a recap of all camp details.

When is my tuition balance due and how do I pay it?

Summer camp final tuition payments are due 6 weeks prior to the start date of camp. CE will email you a reminder roughly 3-4 weeks prior the due date.
You can pay any of the following ways:
  • Login to your CE Account and pay online
  • Mail payment (see CE Contact info for address)
  • Telephone (609-924-2897)
  • Automatic billing. You can select this option when registering online. This allows us to bill your credit card on the due date.
Regardless of how or when you pay your tuition, CE will email you an updated Account Statement once any payment is processed.

How does a team register for camp?

Teams that wish to attend a camp are recommended to contact Champion’s Edge (CE) to reserve space. The process is as follows:
A team representative contacts CE and supplies the following information:

  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Telephone Number
  • School or Team Name
  • Location of CE camp and date
  • Number of athletes expected to attend camp

CE confirms availability and guarantees space needed for a period of 6 weeks. A registration deadline is established. All athletes are encouraged to register within this time frame, deposits included. Registrations will continue to be accepted beyond the deadline on a space available basis.

Teams may register online or by mail as individuals. The team representative can also send in the all athlete registrations as a group. CE will supply camp brochures upon request. Regardless of how the team chooses to register, CE will supply the team representative updated registration rosters (upon request) so that the representative can keep track of who is registered. IMPORTANT: WHEN REGISTERING, EACH ATHLETE NEEDS TO PROPERLY DOCUMENT THEIR SCHOOL OR TEAM NAME WHERE INDICATED ON THE REGISTRATION FORM. This allows for ease of record keeping and avoids potential confusion when organizing skill groups, teams & roommates for camp.

Upon receipt of a registration, CE will email the athlete confirmation of registration including a letter outlining all camp details and future tuition payment options.  We require each registration to include a parent’s valid email address. All correspondence will be handled in this regard. Information will be kept private.

Do you have a wait-list for camps that are currently full?

Yes. You can be added to the list by submitting this online FORM. (link to wait list form) When an athlete cancels from a session that is full, we look to fill that spot by referring to athletes on the wait list in the order their forms were received.

Keep in mind that many athletes on the wait list for a given camp find alternatives. We don’t know until we actually reach out to them. Therefore, it’s not uncommon to run through 5-10 names on a list before we find someone able to attend the camp. It is always advantageous to be on the wait list, no matter how far down the list you are.

How do I obtain a copy of the camp confirmation letter?

A copy of the camp confirmation letter (PDF document) was linked to in your original registration confirmation email. You can also obtain a copy of it in the Download Forms section of the website. Just click the appropriate camp venue and date under ‘Camp Confirmation Letters’.

How can obtain a health form?

Health forms are included in each camp confirmation letter. A copy of the camp confirmation letter (PDF document) was linked to in your original registration confirmation email.
