Set Pieces
We spend a significant amount of time on pressing, out-letting and penalty corners. Set pieces help to take the randomness out of a game. It gives athletes a plan. Understanding how to intentionally manipulate the opposition is the first step to gaining control of the game. Accepting your role in a set piece and its effect on the whole will help you and your teammates give definition to both sides of the ball.
